Goat Now Named
The Name the Goat competition closed on the 23 December 2011. The winner was Tina from Alora who named the goat Matilda. We are awaiting a picture of Tina and Matilda.
Temporarily named Billie, this goat was rescued after falling down an uncovered service manhole. Unfortunately, she broke her hind leg during the fall and had to have it pinned. Any money raised will go towards the goat's treatment and hopefully, the pins in its leg will be removed in the new year.
Welcome to CHAIN!

Although CHAIN does not have refuges; we work with lots of charities and can help you to arrange an adoption through one of them. Fostering may also be possible. CHAIN can assist by helping to prepare an animal for adoption by ensuring it is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.We are offering a new listing service where you can view all available pets for adoption. All you need to do is click on Adoption on the menu at the top of the page to view all the animals.

CHAIN on Facebook
We have set up a group on Facebook called CHAIN where we put photos of all the animals available for adoption. This is free to use and easy to access helping us to reduce the costs of maintaining the photos of our animals. If you have a Facebook account all you need to do is look up CHAIN under groups. If not – why not register? It’s free and a great way to keep in contact with everyone. We also set up CHAIN events using Facebook so you will get automatically notified of anything happening.
